System Updates: The system added a “Record Opening Balance” button for users to enter the opening balance directly from the financial channel creation page (Advanced). This supports financial channel types:
- Cash
- Bank
- e-Wallet
- Clearing / Advance account
The system will automatically use this information to create a journal entry.
Benefits of Use: Helps reduce working time for users. Previously, users had to enter opening balances through journal entries. Now, users can enter them directly on the financial channel page by themselves, completing the task on a single page.
2. Upgrade PEAK TAX: Added contact movement tracking settings and verification before creating tax return forms, preventing omissions in making tax returns.

Suitable for: Users who need to create P.P.30 forms in PEAK TAX.
System Updates: The system added Contact Movement Tracking settings in PEAK TAX. This feature helps check and notify users when a tax return form contains contacts that were regularly included in previous tax filings but have no transactions in the current filing period or new contacts that have never been included in tax filings before, helping to prevent forgetting to create documents.
Benefits of Use: Helps check accuracy before creating tax return forms. Eliminates worries about forgetting to record transactions for regular customers and helps clearly see the movement of new trade partners.
