🎯 Highlight: Users can now configure the display of the “Make Payment” button on the Online View page after connecting to a payment platform. The button appears only when the quotation is in the “Accepted” status
You can also set automatic document generation after payment, such as:
- Automatically issue Invoice and Receipt, or
- Issue only a Receipt
This makes it faster and easier to receive payments and issue documents seamlessly.📌 Note:
Currently not supported for quotations in foreign currencies.

You can choose from 3 display options for the description:
- 3 Tredecim format
- Expense description
- Income tax type
Additionally, you can choose how to display withholding amounts:
1. Separate by income tax type and tax rate – Separate by income tax type and tax rate
2. Separate by income tax type – Items with the same income tax type are combined into 1 line (up to 4 lines; excess items are grouped in line 4).
3. Combine all income tax types – All withholding tax items are combined into 1 line.
✨ 3. Change the status of multiple documents at once — speed up your workflow in one click
🧑💼 Suitable for: Businesses that handle a large number of document approvals
🎯 Highlight: Users can now change the status of multiple documents simultaneously, such as approving or rejecting documents.
This feature supports income, expense, and journal entries, and users can also right-click on a document list to access quick actions instantly.
