1. Enhanced “Recent” tab – now shows all document updates in real time

Suitable for: All PEAK users who want to track every document change real time
Highlight: The “Recent” tab has been redesigned to display real-time updates for all document activities — showing who made the change and when. Now you can easily monitor your latest document status.
- Detailed logs that include: Editor’s name (User), Type of activity (Action), Date and time of the latest update
- Documents are sorted by actual edit time, not creation date
- This view covers Revenue, Expense, and Journal documents
Note:
- Not available for Product Requisition
- Documents created before October 30, 2025 will not display activity information (the Activity column will appear blank).
- Documents created or edited after October 30, 2025 will display information in the Activity column as usual.
2. Added PR / IR / GR documents to each contact’s overview page

Suitable for: Premium package users
Highlight: The system now displays more document types in each contact’s overview page — including Purchase Requisition (PR), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) under the expense section. This helps you track all internal documents conveniently in one place.
3. Configure the “Payment” button for sending income documents via email

Suitable for: Users connected to Payment Collection
Highlight: You can now configure when to display the “Payment” button in emails for multiple document types — not just invoices. This allows customers to make payments easily directly from various types of emailed documents.
Including:
- Quotation
- Invoice
- Billing Note
- Deposit Receipt
- Debit Note
4. PEAK TAX now allows you to view the history of Auto Fetch enable/disable actions

Suitable for: PEAK TAX users using Auto fetch data feature
Highlight: PEAK TAX now shows a history log of Auto Fetch setting changes, including who enabled or disabled the feature and when the change was made. This makes it easier to track Auto fetch data settings and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Note:The system displays only changes made after this update release
5. Enhanced Product/Service reports — now display up to 4 decimal places

Suitable for: Users who print product/service reports
Highlight: Reports now show figures with up to four decimal places, ensuring greater accuracy.
This update applies to:
- Product Report — shows up to four decimal places in Total Sales (Unit) and Remaining Inventory (Unit) columns

2. Stock Movement Report — shows up to four decimal places across all columns

6. Updated Contact page to show only the 100 most recent documents, with more status filter options

Suitable for: All PEAK users
Highlight: The Overview Contact Dashboard now displays only the 100 most recent documents, helping pages load faster while allowing you to filter by document status more precisely.Previously, the system displayed all documents issued for each contact.
7. Updated User setting page — users can view only their own information, according to their access permissions

Suitable for: All PEAK users
Highlight: The User setting page has been updated so that users without permission to add new users can only view their own information. The “Add New User” button is now hidden for these users to prevent unauthorized data access.
