System Updates: The system added new sets of tools (Tools) in the MCP system (Model Context Protocol), including editing (Edit), approving (Approve), and voiding documents (Void Document) for various document types from originally 33 Tools to a total of 51 Tools, helping AI Agents follow instructions and manage document statuses more completely.

• Added a “Regular Customer” tag system where you can set sales cycle settings (such as every 7 days, 30 days) for each customer manually or let AI help calculate automatically from historical purchase records.

• Smart Insight notification system alerts in advance on the main page, helping remind you to issue invoices, purchase orders, or reach out to track key customers before missing the sales cycle (for PRO Plus packages and above).

System Updates: The system adjusted the processing model on the “Inventory Movement” page to work more efficiently. The system will process product lot data only when entering to use this page directly, helping reduce unnecessary background tasks while issuing general documents. As a result, screen displays for remaining product quantities, cost of goods sold accounting records, and various inventory reports can process quickly and remain accurate at all times.
